I absolutely loved coming up with what I wanted to include in my press on nail prep kit. There are so many ideas on what you can do and so many ways you can go about it. I’ll show you below what I started out doing and what I do now as far as my press on nail prep kits with each order.

- Bags
When I first started out, I wanted to keep my costs very low so I opted for these mesh drawstring bags that came in a variety of colors. These bags are super inexpensive and you get about 100 in a pack! You will notice that majority of custom press on nail companies (even the big ones) use these bags. These are a great idea to incorporate into your press on nail packaging. Choose from so many sizes and make sure to keep in mind the size of the items you will include inside the bags.
I currently have white bags made of a satin material, custom-made with my business name on them. They are a little expensive so I would look into this type of packaging later as your business grows. As my custom press on nail company grows, I’m always keeping an eye out on the best items that will really make my orders stand out and help my customers to feel like the beautiful GOATs they are.
2. Prepping Items
The prep kit should include the things that will help your customer when using the instructions you provide. I would include all mini items that are sold in bulk so you can get the most for your money. Make sure to include a cuticle stick, file/buffer and nail glue. I’d also throw in your business card as well.
3. Candy
When choosing candy I would choose something that’s easily accessible and make sure it’s usually in stock. Also, make sure you get a lot for your money. I’d choose candies that include quite a few pieces in a pack and make sure they are individually wrapped. The dollar stores have some great candies to choose from. Also, you can try buying in bulk on Amazon as well.
4. Gift
I played around with my free gifts for quite a while. There are so many options out there it just depends on your budget and what you feel goes with your brand. I’ve chosen different types of lashes, stickers, keychains, etc. You could also choose things like lip gloss/balms, rings, scrunchies, etc. When picking your free gift keep in mind the weight, as it will be in addition to whatever else you include in your order and will effect the cost of your shipping label. Also, keep in mind the size so that everything fits well in your bubble mailers.
