Press on nail packaging ideas play a key role in your business and should not be overlooked. As your press on nail business grows and even in the beginning of starting your business, packaging will be very important for how you want to convey your brand to your customer. Packaging is kind of like the first impression when meeting someone. You wouldn’t want to start off with a bad impression, right?? So making sure your packaging is on point will be crucial.

Other than considering the budget of course, I would look at things like how the colors match with your brand. I would also look at it from the customers perspective, would it make sense to go with the spaceship shaped boxes, yeah they’re interesting and unique but maybe not if your company is called Couture Nails and you’re going for a more preppy vibe. I would just say to keep in mind the whole image you want to convey and not just one part of the image if that makes sense.

Press On Nail Boxes
When it comes to press on nail packaging ideas there are so many options to choose from. The packaging is so important because it’s something you chose which makes it so personal. Look for these on Etsy for a nice price depending on the quantity you’re looking for. These can be customized with different color ribbon, satin inside the boxes and the logo which can be imprinted anywhere on the front of the box in different font styles and sizes. Also, there are a variety of box sizes to choose from, but keep in mind as the size of the box increases, so does the cost.
Prep Kit/Freebie Packaging
With my packaging, I was going for a simple yet feminine vibe with somewhat minimalism. Sometimes I would sit and look at my packaging ideas and think about whether I felt like each piece conveyed that feeling. I have received a lot of feedback from customers on my nails as well as the packaging and I believe it’s because it’s all speaking the same language.
You can order these in bulk on Esty for really good prices. They would come customized with your logo printed on the front and the bags are a silky material. They also can be found in many other materials such as canvas.
Marketing Material
Here are some ideas on marketing material you can include like, thank you cards, business cards, instruction cards. Think of these as things for your customers to remember you by so you really want them to stand out in some way.
I chose to draw an image of the hand in the picture above in Procreate. Then I upload the image to Canva. Sometimes I mess with it a bit in Cricut Design Studio depending on the complexity of the image I’m looking to get. Then after saving it in Canva I upload the image to Vista Print so the images are printed with professional quality ink and sturdy cardstock paper. If you guys would like me to do a tutorial on how I go about making these, let me know in the comments or send me an email. 🙂
