Now, let’s talk about these metallic madam glam gel polishes!
I decided to try a few of Madam Glam’s metallic polishes. I ordered Iron Woman, Pink Pearl and Girl Boss. I also ordered the metallic silver base. I threw in two other colors (not metallic), Honey Dew and NSFW just because I needed those colors and thought I’d add them as well. 🙂
The website says that you should have the metallic base coat, but I only ordered the metallic silver base and the polishes because I knew I could make it work.
When I applied the polish to the swatches I used my own base coat, cured for 30 seconds. Then I applied the metallic silver base, cured for 60 seconds. I applied one coat of the color, curing for 60 seconds, then added a topcoat. After curing the topcoat for 60 seconds I was able to get the same color results showing on the Madam Glam website, which means I really didn’t need that metallic base coat.
I absolutely loved the smooth creamy texture of all the polishes and the fact that they are vegan was an added bonus. The metallics did come out looking very metallic as shown on their website and the other two polishes were true to color as well. Also, the bottles are so pretty! Not too happy about the price though, but they give you quite a bit with 15ml per bottle so that’s great. They also have an option to join their membership plan so it kinda works out. I would definitely say Madam Glam would be considered a top of the line polish. f you’re thinking about it I would go ahead and try them for your press on nail business because it’s definitely worth it…at least it was for me! 🙂
