- Glitter comes in chunky, 3D flakes, powder, etc. Glitter is just the best thing ever! My favorite thing to do is use a base coat to sprinkle some chunky and powder glitter over the press on nail. Cure for 60 seconds. Buff the entire nail then apply top coat. The nail will look beautifully encapsulated!
2. Striping brushes are so easy to use to add some design to your nails. You could add trim in different colors on the sides of the nails and the tip, diagonal lines, straight across the middle, geometric shapes, etc
3. Dotting tools can be used obviously for making dots in various sizes but also they can be used to make handmade designs a lot easier.
4. Transfer foils are great if you’re not good at painting the nails by hand. If you want something that adds a lot of design to your nail look with minimal effort, try transfer foils.
5. Rhinestones…you’ll want to get the 3D stones, not the flat ones. You can get them in iridescent, black, red, gold, etc. Rhinestones take your nails to a whole other level…in a good way!
6. Foil flakes can be applied in big pieces , small pieces or they can cover the whole nail. You’ll have so much in this bottle to last you quite a long while.
7. Blooming polish is great to use to get that marble effect. You can use as many colors as you like to create so many different looks.
8. Metal charms are so bomb it’s like adding jewelry to an outfit…they really make the nails pop!
9. Stickers alone can add a whole other element to your nails. Try varying the colors of your nails and adding stickers.
10. Stamping kits are so awesome and kinda fun to use! They come in various patterns and you can create limitless color combinations of press on nail art design. They have a bit of a learning curve on using them correctly, but once you learn the possibilities are endless. Youtube has some great videos on some tips and tricks with using stamping kits. They seem to work best with the stamping polish.
